PM Modi govt a 'textbook case of moral bankruptcy': Rahul

Congress President Rahul Gandhi has said the PM Narendra Modi government is a "textbook case of moral bankruptcy". He further said that "incompetence coupled with arrogance" was responsible for this. Rahul said this while referring to a media report which quoted an Uber driver as saying that the government has not given jobs and he found one after investing lakhs.
