PM Modi holds talks with Vietnam President To Lam in Delhi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi met To Lam, President of Vietnam, at Hyderabad House in Delhi on Wednesday. The two leaders are set to hold wide-ranging discussions across the spectrum of bilateral relations as well as on regional and global issues of mutual interest. Lam, who arrived on Tuesday, is on a three-day visit to India.
