PM Modi is from a small nation like ours, has become decent man & good friend: Biden

While introducing PM Narendra Modi at Quad Summit's Cancer Moonshot event, US President Joe Biden said, "He's (PM Modi) from a small country like ours, small population. He has become a good, decent man and a good friend." PM Modi could be seen laughing at his remarks and thanked him for introducing him. Biden earlier forgot to introduce PM Modi.
