Malaysian PM Anwar Ibrahim praised PM Narendra Modi at the beginning of their bilateral talks in Delhi and said, "PM Modi is so popular. I got so many messages to pass on regarding him." His remark prompted those around him, including PM Modi, to laugh. Their meeting was held on the sidelines of 18th BRICS Summit.
