PM Modi launches India's RuPay card in UAE, buys laddoo with it

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday launched RuPay in UAE, making it the first Middle Eastern country with the Indian card network. He made the first purchase with the card in UAE and bought laddoos. Three banks in UAE will soon start issuing RuPay card and 15 business groups have pledged to accept them as a mode of payment.
