PM Modi pitches for UNSC reforms in Putin & Xi Jinping's presence at BRICS Summit in Delhi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi pitched for the reforms in the United Nations Security Council in the presence of Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping at the BRICS Summit in Delhi. "The reform of the UN Security Council can no longer be postponed," PM Modi stated. He also gave a ten-point proposal for global governance reforms.
