PM Modi plays traditional drums in Karnataka; video surfaces

A video of PM Narendra Modi playing traditional drums during a rally in Karnataka's Kalaburagi has surfaced online. During the programme, PM Modi distributed the title deeds to the beneficiaries of newly declared revenue villages and also laid foundation stone for a national highway project. About 1,475 unrecorded habitations have been declared as revenue villages, as per a government statement.
