PM Modi recites stanza removed from Vande Mataram in Lok Sabha

During a debate to mark 150 years of Vande Mataram in Lok Sabha, PM Narendra Modi recited the fourth stanza of the original Sanskrit song written by Bankim Chandra Chatterjee, which was removed. "This means - Mother India is the goddess of knowledge and prosperity. She is also Durga, holding weapons against enemies," PM Modi said.
