Prime Minister Narendra Modi responded to Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi's 'Vikas has gone mad' remark in Gujarat, with the slogan 'I am Vikas, I am Gujarat'. The Congress ran a campaign 'vikas gando thayo che' slamming BJP's promise of development in Gujarat. PM Modi said in his rally that Gujaratis will only chant "hun vikas chhoon, hun Gujarat chhoon".
