PM Modi requested both Zelenskyy & Putin for ceasefire during evacuation: EAM

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar praised PM Modi for his leadership and stated that the PM had requested a ceasefire during the evacuation process from Ukrainian President Zelenskyy and Russian President Vladimir Putin. "PM used to hold back-to-back rallies in UP...and in the evening he used to take updates on the rescue operation," said Jaishankar.
