PM Modi skips using mic to obey loudspeaker norms, apologises to Raj rally

PM Narendra Modi avoided using a microphone to address a rally in Rajasthan on Friday as he reached late and said he didn't want to violate rules by using microphones and loudspeakers after 10 pm. PM Modi said, "I reached a little late. Now it's 10 pm….I apologise for the delay...I want to promise you that I'll come here again."
