PM Modi slams GDP growth critics, says 'glass will always be half empty for them'
PM Narendra Modi said India's 7.8% quarterly growth has boosted confidence. He noted that India, once counted among "Fragile Five", is now being watched as the fastest-growing economy. He added that those who pushed India into "Fragile Five" are finding figures difficult to digest. "Those for whom...glass was half empty in 2013 continue to think the same way," he added.
