PM Modi speaks to Tamil Nadu CM Vijay on phone hours after he takes oath

PM Narendra Modi spoke to TVK chief C Joseph Vijay on the phone hours after the latter took oath as Tamil Nadu Chief Minister. He congratulated Vijay, who forayed into politics after a successful acting career. Vijay's party won 108 seats, including the two seats won by him. TVK formed government with the support of Congress, Left parties and others.
