PM Modi speaks with Amir of Kuwait, condemns attack on Kuwait

Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a telephone conversation today with Amir of State of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, and "reaffirmed India’s strong condemnation of attacks on Kuwait’s sovereignty and territorial integrity".
