PM Modi stopped Putin from using nuclear weapons on Ukraine in 2022: Polish minister

Poland's Deputy Foreign Minister Wladyslaw Teofil Bartoszewski said PM Narendra Modi remains one of the few world leaders capable of influencing Russian President Vladimir Putin. Praising India's role in trying to prevent Russia-Ukraine war from spiralling further, he claimed that PM Modi had played a role in persuading Russia against using tactical nuclear weapons during the war in late 2022.
