PM Modi takes dig at Congress President in Rajya Sabha, says 'Seeing his age he can sit & chant'

Amid ruckus in the Rajya Sabha during his speech, PM Narendra Modi took a dig at Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge. "I request Kharge ji that keeping his age in mind, he can sit and chant slogans as well. It will be easier for him. There are a lot of youngsters in the back," PM Modi said.
