PM Modi talks about ban on Kishore Kumar, Dev Anand while criticising Congress

PM Narendra Modi on Thursday hit out at Congress and said that legendary singer Kishore Kumar's songs were "banned" on Akashvani because he had "refused to sing a song for Congress". He said, "Popular cinema artist Dev Anand ji was requested to support Emergency. He showed courage and refused. That's why all his films were banned on Doordarshan."
