Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the nation at 8:30 pm tonight. This comes after Women's Reservation Bill was blocked by Opposition in the Lok Sabha on Friday. The Lok Sabha failed to clear the amendment to fast track Women's Reservation Bill that reserves 33% seats for women in the Lok Sabha and state assemblies.
