PM Modi to inaugurate Micron's semiconductor plant in Gujarat

PM Narendra Modi will inaugurate the Semiconductor Assembly, Test and Packaging facility of Micron Semiconductor Technology in Gujarat's Sanand on February 28. The project, with an outlay of over ₹22,500 crore, was the first proposal approved under India Semiconductor Mission. Commercial production and shipment of first made-in-India semiconductor memory modules will commence after inauguration.
