PM Modi unveils fighter jet used in 1971 Indo-Pak war in Ranchi

PM Narendra Modi on Wednesday unveiled a decommissioned MiG-211 fighter jet that was used in the 1971 Indo-Pakistani war at Raj Bhavan in Ranchi. Jharkhand Governor CP Radhakrishnan and CM Hemant Soren were present on the occasion.The PM also met family members of Radhakrishnan at Raj Bhavan. The Mikoyan Gurevich jet was inducted into the Indian Air Force in 1964.
