PM Modi violated Model Code of Conduct: Oppn on his women's quota address

The CPI and CPI(M) complained to CEC Gyanesh Kumar against PM Narendra Modi's address after the Bill to fast-track women's reservation, coupled with delimitation, was defeated. They alleged that PM Modi used state resources, including public broadcasters like Doordarshan, for political messaging during the Model Code of Conduct in West Bengal and Tamil Nadu. They urged ECI for an inquiry.
