PM warns of digital arrest scam, shares 3 steps explaining how scamsters target people

In the 115th episode of 'Mann Ki Baat', PM Narendra Modi spoke about "digital arrests" and listed three steps on how scamsters target people. The first step is gathering personal information, the second is creating an atmosphere of fear and the third is putting pressure of time on victims, he said. He said investigating agencies don't interrogate over calls.
