PM Modi wears turban, greets Jalandhar people in Punjabi & asks 'Charhdi kala vich ho?'
PM Narendra Modi greeted the audience and delivered parts of his address in Punjabi during a public rally in Jalandhar, earning applause from public. The PM arrived on the stage sporting a green turban and said, "Punjabiyon kiven ho? Charhdi kala vich ho?" He also inaugurated and laid the foundation for rail and road infrastructure projects worth over ₹5,470 crore.
