PM Modi writes letter to people of West Bengal ahead of polls

Prime Minister Narendra Modi wrote a letter to the people of West Bengal months ahead of the Assembly elections in the state. Opening the letter with "Joy Maa Kali", the PM said he was "heartbroken" over West Bengal's present condition. "Future of our Shonar Bangla (Golden Bengal) depends on your firm decision...I urge you to vote for BJP," he added.
