PM pauses his Delhi victory speech to check on unwell BJP worker

Addressing members of the BJP after its victory in Delhi Assembly elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi paused his speech to check on a party worker. A video has surfaced in which PM Modi could be seen pausing his victory speech and saying, "Check, if he is feeling sleepy or is he unwell?...He is feeling uneasy, give him some water."
