PM pays tribute to security staff martyred in 2001 Parliament attack

PM Narendra Modi on Monday paid tribute to security personnel who were martyred in the line of duty during the 2001 Parliament attack on the occasion of its anniversary. "Their service to the nation and supreme sacrifice continues to inspire every citizen," he said. Eight security personnel were martyred after five terrorists attacked the Parliament on December 13, 2001.
