Oil Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Saturday handed over to PM Narendra Modi the Guinness Book of World Records certificate acknowledging India's PAHAL scheme as the world's largest cash transfer programme. The scheme which processes direct LPG subsidy transfer was first recognised as a world record on August 13. Till December 3, 14.62 crore LPG consumers were part of the scheme.
