PM very good with publicity, believes in advertising: Priyanka

Addressing a rally in Uttar Pradesh, Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi on Wednesday criticised PM Narendra Modi saying that the PM is "very good with publicity" and instead of development believes in advertising only. Priyanka further accused PM Modi of doing politics based on "lies and publicity". She claimed that development in Varanasi wasn't the same as advertised by the PM.
