PM waving at imaginary friends in J&K: Mufti on his Dal Lake video

After PM Narendra Modi was seen waving in a video of his Dal Lake boat ride, former J&K CM Mehbooba Mufti said, "The wave is for BJP's countless imaginary 'friends' in Kashmir."
