PM will be held liable for lapse in Rahul's security: Congress MP

Congress MP Pramod Tiwari said BJP and its allies are creating environment of hatred. He noted, "BJP leader [Tarvinder Singh] Marwah threatened to kill [Rahul Gandhi] like his grandmother... A Shiv Sena MLA announced ₹11,00,000 reward to cut off his tongue." He asserted if there's any lapse in Rahul's security, PM Narendra Modi and Amit Shah would be held responsible.
