PMC approves 665 sq metres land transfer for Padmavati metro station

Pune Municipal Corporation's city improvement committee approved transferring 665 sq metres of land in Dhankawadi to Maha-Metro for the Padmavati metro station on the underground Swargate-Katraj corridor. PMC will adjust ₹2.31 crore, twice the land's assessed value of ₹1.15 crore, against Maha-Metro's dues. Final approval awaits the civic general body.
