Punjab National Bank reported Q4FY26 net profit of ₹5,225.11 crore against ₹4,567 crore, up 14.4% YoY, despite standalone total income declining 1.1% to ₹36,318.70 crore. Gross NPA improved to 3.19% from 4.09%, while net NPA stood at 0.32%. The Board recommended a dividend of ₹3 per share for FY26.
