Police accused of using electric batons, molesting women during Delhi protest; HC issues notice

During the hearing in Delhi High Court, Delhi Police was accused of using lathis with nails and electric batons, molesting women and indulging in brutality on Parliament march protesters. Police officials were also accused of being in plain clothes without badges, with petitioners demanding independent SIT probe. The court issued notice to the Centre and Delhi Police, seeking their reply.
