Police deployed as Indu Makkal Katchi set to garland Ambedkar statue in TN

Heavy security has been deployed in Chennai's RA Puram as Indu Makkal Katchi (IMK) has been permitted to garland Dr BR Ambedkar's statue. This comes after posters showing Dr Ambedkar wearing saffron coloured clothes were put up in Tamil Nadu's Thanjavur district. The poster's caption allegedly says, "Let us celebrate the legacy of the saffron leader."
