Police have become BJP cadres: Mamata at Baruipur protest

Former West Bengal CM and TMC chief Mamata Banerjee on Wednesday said "state police has turned into the ruling BJP's cadres". This comes after Banerjee took part in a protest over rape and murder of a minor girl in Baruipur. "Women were beaten. We had HC's order...BJP threatened us," Banerjee said after TMC and BJP workers clashed during the protest.
