Police horse dies after falling on pole during football game in UK

A police horse named Morecambe died after falling on to a metal pole while responding to reports of disorder during Blackpool-Fleetwood Town League One match on Monday. Morecambe's rider fell on to the side of a horsebox and was taken to hospital by air ambulance. Morecambe was ushering fans away from the ground when he fell on to the pole.
