Police lathi-charge student protesters again near J'khand Assembly

Jharkhand Police again lathi-charged student protesters near the state Assembly gate to disperse them from the spot. Earlier in the day, the police had used lathis on students protesting over alleged irregularities in state examinations and JPSC-JSSC exams. Meanwhile, Jharkhand Minister Sudivya Kumar Sonu claimed the state government had accepted 98% of the protesters' demands.
