Police must understand free speech at least now: SC

Supreme Court on Monday stated that police must understand freedom of speech and expression "at least now" after 75 years of Constitution's existence. The apex court made the remark in its ruling on Congress MP Imran Pratapgarhi's appeal to quash the case against him for allegedly sharing a provocative poem. "Problem...is nobody has any respect for creativity," SC added.
