Police provide glucose, energy supplies to Hemkund Sahib pilgrims

Chamoli Police in Uttarakhand distributed glucose and energy supplies to pilgrims beginning their trek from Govindghat during the Hemkund Sahib Yatra. "The police are continuously cooperating for the safety, health and convenience of the pilgrims on the difficult mountain route," it said on X. Hemkund Sahib is among the world's highest gurudwaras, located at an altitude of 4,329 metres.
