Police replies to video showing Kejriwal sitting in moving car without seatbelt

Delhi Traffic Police replied to an X video that showed former Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal sitting in a moving car without a seatbelt. The police asked for the exact time and place, stating that an official had been assigned to look into the matter. "Is following traffic rules...responsibility of only common citizens?" the person who posted the video had asked.
