Police seek lie detector test for Siya, say 'no direct evidence on who pushed Ketan'
Pune police have approached the court seeking permission to conduct a lie-detector (polygraph) test on Siya Goyal, the prime accused in the murder of her fiance Ketan Agarwal. Police told the court that there was no direct eyewitness to establish who pushed Ketan from the fort. Notably, the results of polygraph tests are not admissible as substantive evidence in court.
