Police seize 3,45,000 condoms being washed and resold in Vietnam

Vietnamese Police raided a warehouse that was recycling and reselling used condoms and seized over 360 kilograms of used condoms, equivalent to 3,45,000 condoms. One woman detained in the operation told police the used condoms were boiled in water before they were resold in the market. The used condoms were reshaped with a wooden shaft and placed in new packaging.
