Police seize opium from vehicle registered in NPP MLA’s name in Manipur

Police said around 34 kg of opium was seized by Narcotics and Affairs of Border (NAB) from a vehicle registered in the name of National People's Party's (NPP) MLA Langpoklakpam Jayantakumar Singh in Manipur on Wednesday. The driver of the vehicle was arrested. During interrogation, the accused confessed that he is an inter-state drug trafficker.
