Police will not clap if attacked: Fadnavis on Badlapur encounter

Maharashtra Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis said the government doesn't believe in encounters but the police will not clap if they are attacked. This comes after a man arrested for sexually assaulting two nursery school girls in Maharashtra's Badlapur was killed in a police encounter.
