Policeman issuing fines for not wearing masks fined for not wearing one himself

A policeman issuing challans to people for not wearing masks in Uttar Pradesh's Bahraich has been fined ₹500 for not wearing one himself. The action was taken after the Superintendent of Police saw a photograph of the officer. Some locals also claimed that they were issued challans even though they had their faces covered with 'angocha' towels.
