Policeman kicks scooty, catches speeding thieves in Delhi

A Delhi Police official caught two thieves speeding on a two-wheeler after snatching a purse in the Model Town market on Monday. Assistant Sub-Inspector Ajay Jha was in civil clothes and went to the market to buy groceries when he heard people shouting and jumped into action. He kicked the scooty after which it fell and the snatchers were caught.
