Policeman says 'forced to release accused on orders of Delhi CM' in video; transferred

A video shared by AAP MLA Saurabh Bharadwaj shows a policeman telling women that after narcotics accused are arrested, they go to CM [Rekha Gupta] and MLAs, and police are forced to release them. Replying to Bharadwaj's video, Delhi Police said the policeman, Inspector Rajeev, has been transferred to District Lines. Delhi Police said he made comments in personal capacity.
