Policybazaar files papers for IPO, seeks to raise ₹6,017.5 crore

PB Fintech, the parent company of Policybazaar and Paisabazaar, has filed a draft red herring prospectus with the SEBI to raise ₹6,017.50 crore through an IPO. The offer comprises a fresh issue of ₹3,750 crore and an offer for sale of ₹2,267.50 crore. The company's founders including CEO Yashish Dahiya will sell ₹392.50 crore worth of shares, according to documents.
