Policybazaar sells 1.5% stake to WF Asian Smaller Companies Fund for ₹271 cr

WF Asian Smaller Companies Fund bought a 1.5% stake worth ₹271 crore in PB Fintech, the operator of Policybazaar and Paisabazaar, via open market transactions. The Ward Ferry Management-operated fund has bought 67.75 lakh shares at ₹400 apiece. As per bulk deals data, the fund has purchased 34.21 lakh shares on the NSE and 33.53 lakh shares on the BSE.
