Political bankruptcy: Smriti Irani on Congress' shirtless protest

Following the shirtless protest by Youth Congress members at the India AI Impact Summit, BJP leader Smriti Irani said, “It takes rare political bankruptcy to convert a global summit into a stage for embarrassing the nation before the world.” She criticised Congress using a Hindi proverb “khisiyani billi khamba noche” which translates to "frustrated cat scratches the pole”.
